Waitress Cashier
Job description
Greet the guest and welcome at your station, menu introduces immediately after they are seated.
To ensure guests gets are seated as soon as possible in the right order.
Responsible for handling minimum 4 tables at a time.
Takes order from guest and Ensure all orders noted, are repeated for clarification to the guests.
Explain how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods.
Serving food and beverages to the guests in a proper manner by first removing any used tableware, cutleries and used napkins.
Responsible for selling the shop products.
Negotiate with customers to sell traditional restaurant items.
Develop sales proposals
Check cashing float at the start each shift (morning and evening)
Providing bill when requested
Providing change to the bill
Keeps track of daily tips with the assistance and presence of a supervisor
Arrange cash deposit twice a day (morning and evening) which is present in cash register with the assistance and presence of a supervisor.
