Student Recruitment Specialist / Admissions Officer is responsible for recruiting Different levels of students.
Job Responsibilities:
• Maximize sales performance through delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Cold call as it required for doing tele calling on data & leads within the market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
• Develop and maintain efficient and effective reporting systems.
• Must assist the candidate with the entire applicati process for Western University College programs.
• Serves as the main point of contact for prospective students and provides timely and accurate program information. • Maintain relationships with students & generating the admissions through refences.
• The ability to work effectively as a team member in a multi-cultural environment
• Superior interpersonal skills coupled by the ability to communicate and build good relationships with prospective students, faculty, and staff.
• Organize targeted open mornings and marketing events for Corporate Clients, Business Groups, Media, Influencers to build our brand and reputation.
• Develop negotiation and influencing skills to represent the institute’s interest in discussions with key stakeholders.
• Present to and consult with Management on business trends with a view to developing new Services, Courses, and Development Channels.
• To track and analyze results of strategy execution to keep successful initiatives and re-think unsuccessful ones; present such analysis to the Management.
• Prepare and facilitate tutoring workshops, collaborative projects, or academic support sessions for small groups of students.

Requirements:
1. A Higher Diploma in Sal or a Bachelor's degree being preferred.
2. 1-2 years' experience in a Admissions Officer / Student Recruitment Officer position preferably within higher educational segment in UAE or in Home Country.
3. Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with students & generating the admissions through refences
4. The ability to work effectively as a team member in a multi-cultural environment
5. Superior interpersonal skills coupled by the ability to communicate and build good relationships with prospective students, faculty, and staff
6. Requires a high level of professionalism, ability to work under pressure, and strong communication and organizational skills.
