· Complete tracking of Order processing system on a daily basis – Division wise
· Random Checker of the orders after Warehouse picking and checking to ensure that all the orders are prepared without any discrepancies
· Re-arranging the Warehouse on a monthly basis; Physical Stock check of at least one brand on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy of Physical and System stock
· Monitoring Stock levels and make necessary arrangements to bring the stocks from rented Warehouse / other Warehouses to the main Warehouse at Sharjah Industrial area 6 without having any business interruption
· Preparation of Warehouse Purchase requisitions – Obtain 3 quotations for each Purchase and then send it to Head Office with all the supporting documents for the approval
· Handle petty cash of Warehouse expenses
· Receiving cheques & Cash payments and forwarding them to concerned department after keeping proper record
· Handling Phone Calls from the Sales Team, Merchandisers, Customers and Medical Reps and addressing their requirements.
· Assists the delivery team for picking, loading, housekeeping etc. as per assigned schedule by the Manager
· Assist the Warehouse Manager in day-to-day Warehouse operations
· Act as a backup employee of Invoicing team and Delivery team
· Perform other tasks as required by the Manager
Required Skill set:
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with ERP software
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills
· Excellent organizational abilities
· Great attention to detail
· Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen.
· Graduate
