In this role, you will be tasked with developing, growing, and sustaining Unipro ark tech solutions POS software sales division via proven experience in demonstrating value to merchants. Sales leads are pre-qualified, and your overall mission will be to close new business and identify opportunities for add-on business. You will act as a consultant and use your excellent negotiation skills to review retail software, including point-of-sale, mobile POS, and other cutting- edge payment software solutions. Other responsibilities include setting up demo appointments with vendors and following up with merchants to secure their commitment.
Key Responsibilities and Essential Duties
Direct the execution of sales efforts and initiatives within targeted markets
Develop and coordinate sales selling cycle and methodology.
Collaborate with marketing leadership, sales management and other internal functional groups to identify and develop new customers for Software products and services.
Provide an accurate forecast that supports the management of the companys cash flow targets and develop annual sales plan strategies and plans to accomplish or exceed corporate goals which drive the increase of revenue and profitability.
Manage and build a rolling pipeline and identify opportunities and new project development.
Identify and measure leading indicators on a regular basis to motivate ideal behaviors within the sales team
Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, processes, costs and results.
Develop and manage sales budget and oversee the development and management of internal operating budget
Directly engage with key client accounts, deliver value-based sales presentations to key clients in coordination with sales representatives, and coordinate the management of all other accounts. Establish long-term business relationships with customers, key strategic partners and influencers.
Effectively prospect for New Business lea, target new accounts and opportunities in medium to large companies.
Direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop sales programs.
Represent the company at various business meetings to promote the company.
Supervise the preparation, issuance, and delivery of sales materials, exhibits and promotion programs.
Promote positive relations with partners, vendors and distributors
Establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies and operating procedures.
Strong negotiation skills and good contract knowledge
Responsible for respective division budget and revenue target
Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in business discipline required. MBA preferred or masters degree in Sal
8+ years of experience in sales of complex business software / IT solutions / start-up a management consulting experience with a value sell mentality.
Proven track record in complex sales at C-level with a collaborative and impactful manner
Must have previous P&L responsibility and have led a high-performing sales team
Driving License is a must to have
Speaking proficiency in Malayalam / Hindi / Arabic.
