We are seeking a skilled Web Developer to join our team and enhance our online presence. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing user friendly websites, a strong understanding of web technologies and a passion for creating engaging digital experiences. This role involves collaborating with marketing and design teams to build and maintain our real estate website and related applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Website Development: Design , Develop and maintain our company website , ensuring it it user-friendly , responsive and optimized for performance.
Code Management: Write, clean, efficient and well doented code using languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP
Integration: Implement and integrate third party APIs and tools, such as property listing platforms and CRM systems.
User Experience: Collaborate with designers to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces that enhance the user experience.
SEO Optimization: Work with the marketing team to ensure that the website is optimized for search engines and adheres to best practices.
Testing and Debugging: Conduct testing to identify and fix bugs, ensuring the website operates smoothly across all devices and browsers.
Analytics: Monitor website performances using analytical tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
Collaboration: Work Closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales and property management to align web development efforts with business goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Web Development or related field.
2 years of experience in web development, preferably in the real estate industry.
Proficiency in front-end and back-end web development languages(e.g HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP or others)
Experience with content management systems(e.g WordPress, Joomla) and e-commerce platforms
Strong understanding of responsive design and web accessibility standards
Familiarity with SEO best practices and web analytics tools(e.g Google Analytics)
