We are looking for a passionate and self driven individual to head our prestigious Yacht Cruise Packages, to promote, Sale, coordinate and Manage this Tour Package and related activities. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to;
⦁ Acquisition of new clients (finding new client base) and growing business.
⦁ Understanding the needs of clients and ensuring the best possible options.
⦁ Continuous research of the market to ensure a more competitive advantage regarding prices, Operation Model, client base etc.
⦁ Organize Cruise Tours, Coordinate with suppliers, partners, manage operations of the Yacht Cruise, Coordinate with the relevant departments (IT, Marketing, Finance and e.t.c ).
⦁ Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages.
⦁ Handle unforeseen problems and complaints and determine eligibility for money returns.
⦁ Maintain relationships with key persons.
⦁ Keep financial statements and documents.
⦁ Reach the revenue and profit targets.
Candidate Requirements
⦁ Passionate & Self-Motivated.
⦁ Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
⦁ Must be a Party Person & Out going.
⦁ Knowledge of event organization is an added advantage
⦁ Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively.
⦁ Demonstrable ability to handle crises.
⦁ Candidates with personal Visa processing & Travel experience will be a plus.
