Import / Export / Documentation Assistant
Dubai based Shipping & Freight Forwarding Co urgently requires Import/Export Assistant:
Minimum 3 years working experience in documentation & shipping operations in UAE.
Berth booking in Dubai Trade to create rotation no.
Complete knowledge of issuing Delivery Order and Bill of lading
Knowledge of Port & customs regulations
Coordinate with Principals & sub agents for vessel’s arrival & departure
Follow up with the consignees for vessels / cargo arrival notice.
Experience in Dubai Trade system, SAS application, Port, customs manifestation etc.
Issuance of Delivery Order for import / transshipment cargo & NOC
Thorough knowledge of split / combined Bill of Lading
Well versed with all formalities in a import & export / documentation department.
Proficient in MS office applications.
Should be able to work under pressure with less supervision
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Age above 35 years (preferably Indian or Pakistani male candidate)
