Responsibilities:
Data Entry: Enter financial transactions into internal databases.
Invoice Management: Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies.
Expense Reports: Create and update expense reports.
Payments: Process reimbursement forms and prepare bank deposits.
Record Keeping: Maintain digital and physical financial records.
Customer Interaction: Issue invoices to customers and external partners as needed.
Audits and Vat filling: Participate in quarterly VAT and annual audits.
Skills and Qualifications:
Education: B in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
Experience: Work experience as an Accounting Assistant or Audit.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Xero).
Attention to Detail: Ability to spot numerical errors and handle sensitive, confidential information.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Additional Duties:
Communication: Communicate with clients to understand their financial needs and report that information to the Accountant.
Administrative Tasks: Manage basic office tasks like filing, printing, reporting, and emailing.
