The Best Zest Business Center is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the business center. We prefer a candidate who is Filipina, with a strong background in accounting and administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, receipts, and payments.
Prepare and process financial statements, reports, and budgets.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payment and collection.
Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Handle administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, managing emails, and maintaining office supplies.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
Provide support to the management team and other departments as needed.
Ensure the smooth operation of office activities and procedures.
Proven experience in accounting and administrative roles.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of UAE tax regulations and compliance.
Familiarity with PRO services and company formation processes.
