• Liaison between the different stakeholders
• Screen and direct phone cal
• Distribute correspondence
• Create reports and presentations
• Maintain office filing systems
• Manage social network (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Manage CRM and follow up on different properties’ status
• Submit required documents for each property to get Trakheesi Permit
• Draft and edit agreements, addendums, and property-related contracts
• Calling Landlords or Tenants to check availability for visits
• Modify properties’ pictures before posting online
The ideal candidate would have the following competences:
• Previous experience in Real Estate in Dubai
• MS office skills
• Proactive and organized
• Working within strict deadlines
• English – any other language is a plus
• Support organization and operations
• Eager to learn
• Adhere to RERA rules and regulations (Full knowledge of Trakheesi)
• Knowledgeable of all real estate related forms (Forms A, B and I, etc.)
• Knowledgeable of key channels (Property Finder, Dubizzle, Bauyt, etc).
