We are looking for a Sales Closure Specialist to join our team at Smart Software Systems and Solutions in Abu Dhabi. This is a full-time, on-site role, ideal for a motivated professional who excels at closing deals and building strong client relationships. Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred.
As a Sales Closure Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving revenue by engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively closing sales. Your ability to deliver tailored solutions and foster trust will be key to your success.
- Lead the final stages of the sales process by engaging with warm leads and converting them into closed deals.
- Present and tailor software solutions to meet customer requirements.
- Conduct effective in-person and phone communication to build trust and ensure client satisfaction.
- Follow up with potential customers, address any concerns, and negotiate terms to secure agreements.
- Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities in the C system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and maximize closure rates.
- Generate reports on closed sales, customer feedback, and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in sales or customer relationship management, with a focus on sales closure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales closure targets.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to manage objections and secure deals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and C systems.
- Must hold a sponsored visa or be eligible for visa sponsorship in the UAE.
