-Liase with Purchase Manager
-Prepare material request, local purchase orders (LPO), work closely with subcontractors and suppliers;
-Monitor project delivery to ensure compliance with the contractual terms and conditions;
-Sear email for request for quotation
-Source for quotations, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services;
-Other duties may assigned by Purchase Manager
Can speak Tagalog - Can join immediately
Good in self-organized, responsible and able to multi-tasks
Good communication skills
Good knowledge in Excel & Word
