Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Telemarketing and Secretary must have her own Visa. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Arabic and English, with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage time, files, and tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct telemarketing calls to potential clients and follow up on leads.
- Manage and organize files, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence in both Arabic and English.
- Assist in various administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Microsoft excel Skills is a must.
- Must be Tact in the phone calls and problem solving.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or administrative roles is a plus.
