•Responsible for securing new customers and maintaini existing accounts.
•Meet and exceed target set in terms of contributing and generating Gross Profit
•Negotiate with the accounts as per price guidelines given, to maximize profits & develop new revenue streams.
•Assimilate market information and take part in the overall business development through weekly / monthly sales meetings
•Initiate dialogue with key decision-makers (middle-level managers) on products and draft a trade development strategy (both short and long term).
•The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering all phases of project and engagement management for multiple clients in a wide variety of industries
•Responsibilities include planning, directing, and completing business consulting projects (Company Formations, UAE Govt. relation services, HR advisory services, Immigration services, etc.)
•Developing and maintaining productive working relationships within the team.
•Maintain a good working relationship with clients and work effectively with client management and staff at all levels to gather information and perform services
•Work collaboratively with other lines of service and practice areas to deliver other services
•Communicate (verbally and in writing) externally with clients and internally with all levels of the organization to successfully accomplish objectives portraying knowledge and confidence
•Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict client confidentiality
Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Experience in UAE with Sales is mandatory
High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision making.
Female candidates Preferred
UAE Driving License is mandatory
