Business Development Executive (BDE)
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive immediate sales and fuel sustainable growth in our innovative Creative Agency. Our agency specializes in a wide array of services, including Brand Crafting, Design Innovation , Advertising, Digital Expertise , Photography, Videography & Editing , Innovative Corporate Gifts, Event Management, and Exhibition Stand & Build solutions.
Craft and implement robust sales strategies designed to achieve and surpass our ambitious targets.
Identify and leverage new business opportunities in emerging markets, forging strategic partnerships and driving client acquisition.
Lead the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, including portal registrations, tender evaluations, contract negotiations, and client relationship management.
Analyze tender requirements and brief the team, prepare quotations, manage purchase orders, and ensure timely client collections.
Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis to guide strategic decisions and stay ahead of trends.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, offering tailored solutions to meet their specific needs.
Provide detailed reports to senior management on sales activities, business development progress, and strategic initiatives.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility and establish significant business connections.
Qualifications:
Proven track record in sales and business development, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
Experience working with government entities and private organizations.
Profound understanding of Branding, Digital Media, Exhibitions & Events, and campaign management from an agency perspective.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong strategic and creative thinking abilities.
Purpose-driven, proactive, and innovative mindset, with a storytelling ability.
Enthusiastic, team player, and a natural leader.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; a Master’s degree is advantageous.
Well-established network within the UAE.
Minimum 4 years of experience in a UAE-based Creative Agency.
Valid UAE driver’s license.
Proficiency in Arabic is an added advantage.
