We are looking to hire a Business Development Manager to help with our expansion in Kuwait. Candidates should be available within Kuwait
We have recently been appointed as the GSA for a new regional Cargo Airline, who plan to operate to Kuwait in the New Year.
They already operate several flights weekly within the gulf and Sub-Continent.
Our focus will be 110% on generating, Expo cargoes from and too the destinations served. The potential customer base is wide and varied.
The BDM will be the Airline-GSA's presence in the Market, as such the role will have a large degree of Autonomy.
The BDM will be supported initially by a Customer Servi Support Agent. Additional team members will join as required.
The successful candidate will have a positive sales attitude and the ability to consu across all levels. Comfortable in C Suite presentations
A proven track record in B2B Sales.
Ideally you will be able to speak English, Arabic.
Salary will be in the range of KWD 700-1000 all-inclusive depending on experien.
Other benefits will be discussed at Interview. Attractive commission for achieving reven targets.
Flexibility to travel to online stations to develop Import Sales and assist in winning new business.

Candidate Requirements
•Proven record of sales growth
•Experience in customer service, marketing, sales-related field. (Airline/Forwarder/Integrator)
•Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques. Particular emphasis on cargo sales.
•Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes growth and positive customer ratings.
•Maintain positive professional relationships with clients.
•Use financial techniques to improve sales revenue. Excellent knowledge of IA processes.
•Monitor sales progress to ensure that goals are being met.
•Track all business-related invoices. Pre-paid sales are the norm, however larger customers may require
credit terms. These would be agreed with GSA-CFO as required.
•Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions and target customers as required.
Skills Required
Business Development Management knowledge and skills.
Sense of humor, presentable, articulate and computer literate.
IATA or Cargo related certifications useful.
Good standard of education or experience. Minimum 5+ Years.
