CIVIL ENGINEER, MME ( GRADE A-B )


Candidate Requirements

we are looking (CIVIL ENGINEER) approved by MME Grade A or B

· Responsible for Supervising , co-coordinating , planning and implementation depending on projects need

· link internally across the organization, in particular with production, procurement, and installation departments in addition communicate with current and potential funders, current and potential stakeholders, facilitators, contracto, partner organizations and networking contacts.

· Managing and coordinating all aspects of designated engagement projects

· Being able to handle multi tasks & projects

· Identifying and developing new prospects and projects

· connecting to teams and organizational work

· Quality assurance of project

· To manage all aspects of designated engagement projects

· Proactively coordinating projects and acting as central point of contact for the project team including client, Production, director, and installation.

· Actively managing project contracts, finances and personnel to ensure projects are delivered within time & budget.

· Identifying, developing and maintaining good relationship with client.

· Contributing to meeting and workshop design

· Facilitating at meetings and workshops as appropriate

· Creating, writing and coordinating professional accurate timely reports either pre or post workshops fulfilling daily job requirements (daily update, daily reports of work progress)

· Ensuring consistent and accurate administration of engagement projects including maintaining databases, Mail merging and distribution of invitations or information, and Workshop logistics.

· Evaluating projects systematically in order to capture and share learning from what do, and to facilitate a culture of continuous individual and organizational learning

· To promote engagement and to develop new prospects.

· Identifying and pursuing opportunities that might be suitable for engagement projects

· Process telephone and written enquiries about engagement services including facilitation or mediation services and where appropriate converting these into prospective projects

· Initiating and attending meetings with potential funders

· Developing and writing project proposals

· Attending events and making presentations as necessary

· To contribute to team / organizational work

· To lead and manage by example, and to encourage team work

· To promote a ‘can do’ culture of by actively seeking solutions to problems

· To take responsibility for projects, which may require independent working

· Help to maintain and develop the organization’s policies and resources

· Assist in the development of systems & protocols.

· Operate within organizational policies and practices
