A Commis Chef should have enough exposure into Americ cuisine and should be well versed with Steaks, Grills, Burgers, Pastas, Pizzas, Salads, and Desserts etc. Should be an expert in the grill, must have enough exposure in range cooking and should be familiar using char broilers, ovens and fryers.
• Must have good food knowledge.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must have adequate exposure in American cuisine
• Must be an expert with the Grill, preferbably Charcoal grill
• Should have knowledge of open char broiler
• Should be a team player and also a hard worker.
• Should have the speed and accuracy in Food pre preparation and mis en place
• Should have the ability to work under pressure
• Must have the right attitude fit for the industry
• Must be genuine and honest.
