Job Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable car rental experience for our valued customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Vehicle Reception and Return: Greeting customers upon their arrival and departure, and efficiently handling the check-in and check-out process for rental vehicles. This includes inspecting vehicles for any damages, fuel levels, and verifying rental agreements.
2. Customer Assistance: Providing prompt and friendly assistance to customers, answering inquiries, and offering guidance on vehicle selection, rental terms, and additional services.
3. Rental Coordination: Coordinating and organizing vehicle rentals with customers, including reservation management, confirming rental details, and ensuring the availability of requested vehicles.
4. Doentation and Record-Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of rental agreements, customer information, and transaction details. Assisting customers with rental contracts, insurance forms, and any necessary paperwork.
5. Customer Follow-Up: Conducting post-rental follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction, address any concerns or issues, and gather feedback to improve our services.
6. Conflict Resolution: Resolving customer complaints and conflicts in a professional and empathetic manner, striving to find suitable solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent (additional education is a plus).
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a car rental or related industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate doentation and timely follow-up.
Good at English.
Proficiency in computer systems and rental management software.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays, as needed.
