Job Responsibilities:
o Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals set specific objectives and develop respective reports to track results Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news).
o Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.
o Collaborate with other teams internally and ensure completed projects are properly captured for visual content use.
o Work with Business units leads to supply them with targeted marketing tools (Bumpers, presentations etc.)
o Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and conduct community management.
o Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout).
o Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
o Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.
o Proactively monitor competition’s activities in the market and re-tune action plans to counter attack.
