Job Summary:
As an Enterprise Health Leader at Nabta Health, you'll lead the development and execution of health and wellness strategies for our big clients. You'll manage a team, work with stakeholders, and ensure our solutions meet our clients' needs.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationships: Understand client needs and offer solutions. Negotiate deals and partnerships.
Business Growth: Find new markets and services to expand our business. Seek out new partnerships and ventures.
Sales: Meet sales targets to grow revenue. Create persuasive proposals for clients.
Client Acquisition: Find new opportunities in healthcare. Build relationships with key decision-makers.
Relationship Management: Connect with hospital administrators and physicians. Offer tailored insurance solutions.
Strategic Planning: Develop health strategies for clients. Align with their goals and industry standards.
Client Engagement: Be the main contact for clients. Offer guidance and support.
Program Development: Create health programs covering physical and mental wellness. Ensure they're scalable and effective.
Collaboration: Work with internal and external teams for better offerings. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
Education: Conduct workshops and training sessions. Promote health awareness and lifestyle changes.
Compliance: Ensure all initiatives meet healthcare regulations and standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, desirably in Business Administration or related field
Must have at least 2-5 years’ experience in marketing or selling a medical insurance
policy, Accounti technology, or employee benefit plan specifically to
HR, Finance, or C-Levels at large corporate enterprises only. Anyone not meeting
this requirement NEED NOT APPLY!
Preferably exposed to enterprise health management, insurance-technology,
wellness programs, or healthcare consulting, but not essential
Sales Skills: Proven track record to persuade, negotiate, and close deals effectively.
Relationships: Network of contacts in the territory. Proficiency in building and
maintaining strong client bonds.
Proven track record in developing and implementing successful health and wellness
strategies within large organizations.
Strong understanding of health industry trends, health technologies, and corporate
wellness solutions.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in enterprise-selling methodologies and systems including C
Ability to navigate complex organizational structures, manage budgets, and drive
change within enterprise settings and accelerating procurement cycle time
