Job Description

Client Relationship Management:
-Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, including buyers, sellers, investors, and tenants.
-Act as the primary point of contact for clients, offering personalized real estate advice and solutions.
-Regularly follow up with existing clients to nurture relationships, identify their evolving needs, and encourage repeat business.

Market Knowledge & Advisory:
-Stay up-to-date on current market trends, property values, and new developments.
-Provide clients with comprehensive market analysis, investment advice, and insights to help them make informed decisions.
-Conduct property valuations and assessments, guiding clients in choosing properties that align with their personal or investment goals.

Sales & Transaction Support:
-Lead the sales process by identifying potential properties, setting up property showings, and assisting in the negotiation and closing process.
-Facilitate property transactions, from initial contact through to contract signing and post-sale support.
-Work closely with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth transactions.

Business Development:
-Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and targeted marketing strategies.
-Represent the company at real estate events, conferences, and seminars to build a strong professional network and attract new clients.
-Develop a strong personal brand within the real estate community.

Customer Support & Satisfaction:
-Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the transaction process and post-sale, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
-Address any issues or concerns clients may have during the buying, selling, or leasing process and resolve them in a timely and professional manner.

CRM & Data Management:
-Use CRM software to manage and track client interactions, sales pipeline, and lead progress.
-Maintain detailed records of client preferences, transaction history, and feedback to improve future services.

Collaboration & Teamwork:
-Work closely with other real estate professionals, including agents, brokers, legal advisors, and financiers, to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
-Coordinate property listings, viewings, and marketing campaigns with the marketing team to maximize exposure for properties.
