We are looking for a Secretary with 5 years working experience in Social Media Marketing. She will be responsible for facilitating communications within the office and fielding interactions with the public. Her duties include answering and redirecting phone calls, scheduling meetings, and providing personalized support for other employees. She will assist colleagues and executives by supporting them with planning and distributing information and monitori the social media accounts of the company.
•Proven work experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
•Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques practices, influencing and negotiation practices and lead generation and prospect management
•High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
•Excellent written and verbal communication
•Experience in a Social Media Marketing position or similar position for at least 5 years
