Looking for an Experienced Typist / Visa Coordinator who will be responsible to prepare and process all visa processes across all the Emirates (UAE Mainland and Free-zone visas). and immigration related documents and activities. And also required to carry out all the legal activities within the company. should also have an in-depth knowledge of all government portals
Job Responsibilities:
Preparation of all legal documents as per the requirement of the company.
Preparation of all court documents such as MOA, MOU, POA, NOC's affidavits and any other related documents
Process the documents for all the visa applications such as new employment visas, dependent visas, investor visas, renewals and cancellations
Preparing online Emirates Id and Medical DHA /MOH Application forms related to government requirements for processing of n visa applications.
Coordinate for all work-related transactions with the Municipalities of Dubai GDRFA, Chamber of Commerce, DED, Tasheel, GPSSA, E-CHANNEL, DHA, MOH, Embassies, Consulates, RTA and other government sectors across UAE
To coordinate with formations, Accounts Dept, Administration Dept, PROs and logistic Dept
To prepare E-Dirham, Noqodi and CBD reports on daily basis and send to Finance Dept

Proficiency in English and Arabic typing a must
Strong technical and computer skills (MS Office tools, etc.) * Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Experience Required: Must have minimum 2 Year’s Experience within UAE
