DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle customer-allocated export inquiries, making all prices for export, proforma invoices, and correspondences with customers.
Make export documentation and arrange for in time deliveries.
Analyze customer-wise export performance on a regular basis with the aim to achieve the year's target by ensuring the following of each customers performance and growth against expected levels.
Prepare statement for new inquiries, follow-up with customers for new orders, reply to our offer, realization of payment and differences in quantities received by them.
Make customer-wise and product-wise monthly sales target and submit along with consolidated target for the allocated countries.
Do monthly analysis of customer and country wise export performance and to suggest area improvements.
Achieve sales target in export on the department objectives.
Develop new markets and find distributors.
30 to 40 years old; male; Indian national
Degree in Business Management preferably in Export and Import.
Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
At least 2 years experience in export processing.
Knowledge of shipments, payment terms, LC and other documentations.
Can prepare proforma invoice and bill of lading, handle telephone calls for customers.
Excellent in customer services either via phone or walk-in.
Target oriented and can efficiently handle customers.
Current location of candidate is in Bahrain, preferred.
