Female Accountant Administrative Assistant (Philippine national) required for an Audit & Financial Consulting firm.
Responsibilities:
· Acting as the face of the entity and the first point of contact.
· Dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
· Making email & telephonic communication with potential clients.
· Following up on the manag important tasks and deadlines.
· Organizing meetings.
· Basic accounting tasks like posting, bank reconciliation etc.
· Typing, compiling, and preparing reports on daily activities.
· Managing databases, doent control, and filing systems.
· Implementing and maintaining procedur processes.
· Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients.
· Various ad hoc requests.
Prefer Philippine National with a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
Qualifications/ Requirements:
Relevant work experience as a Secreta Assistant will be an added advantage (freshers can also apply for the job).
A bachelor’s degree is a must.
Outstanding organizational & MS Office proficiency.
Ability to multitask and time management skills.
Up to date with the latest office gadgets and applications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional discretion & efficiency.
Ability to work on own initiative·
Honesty and reliability.
Attention to detail.
