We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. A Receptionist is responsible for performing clerical tasks within an office setting to support daily operations. Their duties include answering and transferring phone calls to employees, sorting and delivering mail to employees and greeting visitors when they arrive for meetings with management or sales staff.
1: High school diploma.
2: Associate or bachelor’s degree in communications or business.
3: Familiarity with telephone systems.
4: Prior experience with Microsoft Office and typing.
5: Customer-focused.
6: Active listener.
7: Multitasking.
8: Ability to handle office equipment (e.g., the telephone system, printer and fax machine).
