Ensuring that insurance claims are processed correctly and in a timely manner
Handling employee relations issues such as terminating employee employment or addressing complaints about harassment or discrimination
Providing customer service by answering phones, greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, and processing payments
Coordinating travel arrangements for executives and staff members such as business trips or vacations
Managing employee records including personnel files, benefits enrollment, and payroll information
Coordinating office events such as meetings or conferences
Preparing expense reports and maintaining expense account records
Processing incoming mail and distributing outgoing mail
