Job Description

- Responsible for scanning and archiving all company related doents such as B2B contracts, internal contracts, tender doents , receipts and etc.
- Drafting contracts in both English and Arabic Language.
- Serves as support system in HR Department and other Departments too.
- Responsible for office supplies inventory and ordering.
- Will serve as contact person and answer queries in the reception area.


Candidate Requirements

Female Arab Nationality between 25 - 35 years old
With previous work experience
Good command and communication in both English and Arabic Language
