Accept orders from online delivery platform (talabat,carriage,deliveroo) inform the order to the kitchen, dispatch the orders, oversee the drivers and their routes, make sure the order is on time, Conveys customers comments on food and service
Responsibilities:
Checks up the restaurant situation, set up, equipment’s and maintenance, and makes sure of the proper appearance.
Control store requisition..
Try to increase sales through guest contact.
Control small operating equipment’s in the outlet
Reports to Area Manager for all Administration duties
Makes good relations with the staff, kitchen, and other outlets.
Adopts positive attitudes and principles, it is the key of success.
