We are seeking a motivated HR Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Key Responsibilities:
Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and legal requirements.
Support employee relations by addressing grievances and facilitating conflict resolution.
Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee development and engagement.
Stay updated on labor laws and best HR practices to ensure compliance and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with management to support organizational development initiatives.

Qualifications:
