Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HSE Officer to join our team in a military-based environment in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the implementation and adherence to quality, health, safety, and environmental standards in all operations, contributing to the safety and operational excellence of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:Monitor and enforce HSE compliance in accordance with national and international standards.Conduct regular safety audits and inspections across various work areas.Ensure all employees are trained on safety practices and emergency protocols.Maintain and update HSE doentation, reports, and records.Investigate and report incidents or accidents and provide corrective actions.Collaborate with senior management to promote a safety-conscious culture.Assist in the preparation and execution of risk assessments and safety procedures.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Environmental Science, Safety, or related field.Minimum of 3 years of HSE experience, preferably in the OIL & GAS sector.Knowledge of local and international safety regulations and standards.Strong communication and organizational skills.Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.Certification in HSE or Safety Management (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) is a plus.Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
