Certificate or Diploma (ITI) in HVAC (Mandatory – must have technical qualification with MOFA stamp).
Min 5 years’ relevant experience in Facilities Maintenance – AC as well as ability to act as multi-technician (UAE Experience Mandatory).
At least 1-year experience in leading a technical team (MEP+HVAC) and full knowledge of HSE practices and use of PPE.
Ability to independently communicate with Customers and Suppliers – capable of surveying and costing jobs.
Language Skills – Basic conversational English Required for customer interactions – will be expected to also help with sales and bring in business; other languages is a plus
Immediate Joiner – as this is an urgent requirement, candidate must be currently in UAE.
