•Good knowledge of all type Dx - Air conditioning units (Mainly in Ducted, Package, VRF, Minisplit & window etc)
•Should have minimum 5 Years Field Experience.
•Able to quote all type of Dx Retrofit jobs.
•Monitor Maintenance Team.
•Plan day to day Service call & Break down call.
•Plan for Annual Maintenance Contract.
•Preparing Client data base report.
•Monitor Technician, Foremen and Supervisor.
•Able to manage 25 - 30 call per day with 8 team of technician & also plan AMC contract as per convenient.
•Hand on experience on Dx – Air conditioning.
•Good knowledge to identify Spare parts & Brand.
•Good Knowledge of DX- Market for Procurement of spare parts.
•Good communication skill.
•Computer literacy is must (Able to prepare report, letter to client, Quotation etc)
