Make outbound calls to recruit prospective students from the point of inquiry to registration.
Briefing them about the Course.
Attending inbound calls and helping them to register for the courses.
Regular follow-up and closing monthly target.
Follow up with any situations that may require additional information or help.
University Degree Graduate
2-3 years of experience as a tele-counsellor in the Education sector or as a customer care executive in a call center.
Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Proven experience working with and speaking to young adults and parents.
Ability to work extended hours during critical admissions seasons
Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver information effectively and persuasively. Should be fluent in Malayalam and English. This Job requires Excellent communication Skills, as an HR you would be speaking to PAN India Candidates / their parents.
Highly organized with a distinct propensity for timeliness and professionalism.
