Globally and in UAE, well known photography studio in Abu Dhabi is looking for skilled and dedicated female team member to welcome to it’s team for* Manager Customer Service* position
Manage massages and correspondence (e-mail, letters, WhatsApp messages, Instagram direct)
Create and update records and databases with personnel, customers service replies
Track stocks of studio supplies and place orders when necessary
Submit timely reports and prepare presentatio as assigned
Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Communicate with clients , respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews:
* Add new clients / members
* Send messages with attachments
* Edit records
* Manage info in social media
