We are looking for a competent Personal and Administrative Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of support tasks.

• Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
• Schedule and plan meetings and appointments; must be well versed in diary management
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
• Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, clients, and colleagues

• Previous experience as an Administrator or client-facing roles such as customer service.
• Thorough understanding of operation management procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Written English proficiency mother tongue or equivalent.
