Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, presentable, and efficient Personal Secreta to support our founder. The ideal candidate will manage the daily operations of the office, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. This role requires excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

Calendar Management: Maintain and manage the founder's calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure effective communication and doentation of meeting outcomes.
Travel Arrangements: Coordinate and manage all travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Communication: Handle all incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and Zoom meetings professionally and promptly.
Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, ensure office supplies are stocked, and manage correspondence.
Administrative Tasks: Prepare reports, presentations, and other doents as required. Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks.
Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and coordinating events, workshops, and other institute activities.
Personal Assistance: Provide personal support to the founder, including managing personal appointments and tasks as needed.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Presentable and professional appearance.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Valid UAE driving license is required.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the education sector or with language institutes.
Knowledge of Russian a Kazakh language.
