•Monitor the Coordination of production workflow for products.
•Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
•Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.
•Schedule shift according to production needs.
•Monitor jobs to ensure they are finished on time and within budget.
•Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption.
•Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.)
•Properly segregate and identify the products which are accepted, waiting inspection, rejected, raw material, work in progress, and finished goods, etc.
•Ensure product is properly handled and stored to prevent damage, contamination, a loss.
•Ensure all pathwa cleared of stock with easy access to all firefighting facilities in case of emergency.
•Prepare bill of material, coordinate with accounts to receive cost of product, create marginal cost sale of product & provide quotation to sales team as per their enquiries.
•Receive orders from sales, warehouse & plan accordingly for production.
•Assist in planning procurement of raw material by analyzing frequency of orders.
•Ensure & determine utilization of non-moving items, rerunning of defective items.
•Ensures that all production deadlines are met.
•Ensure practice of FIFO.
•Learn new process & equipment as operations expand and carry out any other responsibilities that seniors may assign you from time to time.
•Adheres to all safety guidelines dictation the production and handling of materials in the factory.
•Proactively identify of risk and develop plan to mitigate and direct preparation of correspondence, reports, and operations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
•Must have Bachelor’s Degree in Engineer
•Experience in SAP will be an advantage
•Minimum of 2-3 years experience in Production and RM Planning
•Preferably with experience in FMCG Industries
•Preferably Female
