Job Role
1.Preparation of Lighting Design, Estimates, Technical Submittals & other sales related doents using AutoCad and Dialux
2.Perform lighting studies using DIALUX software for Internal and External Purpose
3.Handle all queries coming from the sales team (including onsite survey and technical inspection)
4.Handle all customer & supplier coordination and Provide full technical support to customers
5.Provide all technical doents drawing, technical diagram & electrical diagram, wiring diagrams to the team and for the customer
6.Service and repair LED Lighting fixture and existing installation
7.Evaluate and appropriately response to equipment usage and energy efficiency
8.Maintain all technical doents updated and available.
9.Manage all installation follow up for our customers if needed
10.Support the sales team with necessary technical issues
11.Manage the stock inventory and the warehouse Organization
12.Comply with all relevant company policies and procedures
13.Provide Weekly Report to the CEO
