Oversee the execution of the Project Management in line with the business standards. The function includes the supervision of construction project site; ensure to meet the required schedule, QHSE standards and client’s requirements.
Conduct daily site tour with project team to monitor the execution of works and site progress.
Prepare the weekly project schedule and follow up status with the project staff.
Conduct weekly progress meetings with all subcontractors and suppliers.
Oversee the project team in their work performance with the construction activities as per plans, specifications and approved contract documents.
Lead the project team in complying the standards with regards to Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) and governmental standards.
Prepare the manpower and equipment forecast as required for the whole project duration in coordination with the Planning Department.
Coordinate with Procurement Department for the status of materials procurement activities and approval of materials with client.
Administer the approval of project valuations; make sure to follow up the client for clearing the payments.
Participate in the finalization of Project Progress Reports; ensure to submit with clients in a timely manner.
Keep track on the overall performance of subcontractors and ensure that works are executed accordingly.
Review and approve the project site petty cash, invoices and all payment certificates.
Monitor the status of preconstruction submittals such as but not limited to material submittals, shop drawings, method statement, inspection test plan etc.
Attend weekly progress meeting with client and consultant; discuss the issues and concerns with the project team.
Ensure that the materials and equipment are properly in placed as per schedule; provide preventive measure for any delay.
Monitor the attendance of employees at project site.
Participate with the tender requirement and review full details of newly awarded projects.
Attend meeting with the Management for the overall site progress; ensure to discuss critical issues and provide probable solutions.
Perform project risk analysis; lead in the preventive and corrective actions in order to avoid major impact in project costs, resources and image of the company in general.
Approver of petty cash, invoices and other project financial and contractual documents.
Assess performance of subordinates; recommend for promoti.
Approver of and QHSE documents.
