Quantity Surveyor
1. Responsible for Monthly Interim Payment Applications including reconciliation, and finalization of monthly progress with the Supervising Consultant for final monthly IPA submission.
2. Prepares Change Reques Claims cost impact assessments including gathering all necessary supporting documents, providing a narrative report and chronological sequence of events giving rise to the Claim.
3. Responsible for the measurement of monthly progress based on the approved RFI’s.
4. Identified and calculated the total project material requirements from the IFC drawings and feeding all requested information to the cost control department.
5. Identify and calculate the total project quantities based on zoning, identifying codes as per planning department requirements.
6. Negotiate and agree on variations for both quantities and costs with the Sub-contractors.
7. Verify the progress of subcontractors and prepare their progress analysis reports and payment certificates.
8. Register and monitoring of the important rejected RFI's need to be resubmitted and advised the QC department.
9. Register and review all drawing issues for all quantity and cost implications.
10. Monitoring of payment log such as contractor’s invoices, payments, and subcontractor’s accounts.
11. Submitting and providing regular reports and feedback to the Project Manager and Commercial Manager.
Desired Skills & Experience
