Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
Provide information and assistance to clients and guests.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Schedule appointments, manage conference room reservations, and coordinate meetings.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
Maintain visitor logs and security protocols.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
