We are looking to hire an experienced and passionate sales executive to help drive company sales in the trading of lubricant items, food. Having trading experience with other commodities in the UAE is a plus. In this position, you will be involved in developing marketing strategies, implementing marketing plans, developing sales strategies, maintaining customer relations, and creating sales reports.
Key Requirements:
Develop new business with existing clients.
Knock on new doors and contact new clients in order to generate new leads.
Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer matters.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Negotiate quotations with clients and close deals to maximize profits.
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and new accounts.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products according to customer needs but also without harming the company. Following MOQ when needed to maximize company profits and avoid waste of resources.
Clearly communicate the progress of initiatives and account statuses to the managing director.
Forecast and track key account metrics. (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
Prepare reports on account status.
Identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
Prepare client proposals and document them on the company system.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
Proven work experience as a sales and marketing executive. A minimum of 4 years of work expereince is required
Knowledge of tried and tested marketing techniques successful in the UAE.
High-level communication and networking skills.
A passion for sales.
Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.
Good project management skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure.
