Manage the assigned geographical area(s) and increase the sales volume generated.
Identify new markets and business opportunities by researching the target market, identifying prospects and analyzing the sales options.
Sell products to customer and maintain relationship by providing support, information, and guidance.
Work to monthly sales and revenue targets, and progress towards activity targets and KPI's as set by the Management
Identity products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Gather market and customer information to help closed and bridged the gaps and ensure that information in available to the management.
Provide assistance to other members of the sales team and contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Liaise with the merchandiser for feedback to ensure all products are available at all times.
Qualifications:
3-5 years experience in manufacturing a distribution set-
26-30 years old
Degree in Sales or Marketing
Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
Selling and negotiating skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Reliable and result-oriented
Optimistic and resilient
Self-motivated and organized
