Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue, developing new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
•Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
•Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals and achieve sales targets.
•Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of produc and resolve customer issues or concerns.
•Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
•Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipelines to management.
Bachelor's degree.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales same industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in software and MS Office.
