The Production Manager will perform a wide range of duties related to the physical production and installation of all kind of signs. Planning and scheduling production of jobs, quality assurance, installation, and staff supervision will be a key performance area.
1- Manage production and Installation teams complete all projects on time
2- Ensure the highest quality standards and provide support for all functions as needed.
3- Organize the production function and plan shop floor operations to meet given production targets.
4- Optimize production efficiency and minimaxing cost and wastage
5- Maximize productivity by maintaining a cordial working relationship with operatives on a personal level.
6- Control the level of rejections
7- Ensure that proper safety and welfare measures are consistently undertaken to safeguard resources and strive to attain congenial working conditions in the Shop Floor.
8- Maintain discipline and enforce sound housekeeping practices on the shop floor.
9- Ensure effective planning, co-ordination and utilization of transport vehicles.
Qualifications:
1- Minimum 08-10 Years of experience in signage industry.
2- Having a UAE driving license.
3- Technical knowledge of sign production and installation.
4- Excellent Leadership Skills.
5- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
