As for fit-out Engineer, you will be responsible for the execution of fit-out and finishing work at the site level. In order to perform this role, you should have a strong technical understanding of interior fit-out and architectural products. Moreover, able to plan, supervises, coordinates, and lead the team.
Execute and deliver fit-out Interior project tasks and outcomes in accordance with schedule.
Review project drawings and specifications and able to interpret information to foremen, operatives, subcontractors and let them clearly understand what is required.
Quality control to ensure the standards are met in accordance with the design specifications
Assist in soliciting and coordinating subcontractor and supplier for labour, material, work schedules, project negotiation on payment terms and equipment.
Handling the coordination of project-related supplies, Local purchases, logistics from project site inception stage to project completion
