About the Role:
We are searching for a creative and results-oriented Social Media Expert to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that amplifies our brand voice, builds a loyal following, and achieves our marketing objectives.

Requirements:
Develop and implement a data-driven social media strategy across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn)
Create engaging and high-quality social media content (text, images, videos) that resonates with our target audience
Manage and maintain our social media profiles, including posting content, responding to comments and messages, and running social media contests and giveaways
Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices
Analyze social media data and metrics to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with other departments (marketing, sales, customer service) to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
3+ years of experience in social media marketing
Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns
Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Creative and resourceful with a passion for social media
