1. Customer welcoming & hospitality
•Ensure customer is proactively greeted and welcomed as they arrive
•Inquire about and assess customer requirements and needs
•Offer hospitali and ensure customer feels comfortable and attended to
•Introduce customer to welcome area and any relevant digital media
•Ensure a pleasant experience for the customer overall
2.Management of showroom traffic
•Manage and maintain an overview of the capacity of the showroom and service lobby at all times
•Manage overall coordination of showroom and service reception visitors
•Ensure that the main customer contact areas are always clean and in perfect condition
•Ensure all digital signage in the showroom and service reception is in perfect working condition, is switched on is displaying the relevant content
•Cooperate with and support showroom and service reception staff at all times
